44 years young, self-employed as an artist and I love my life! I first went vegetarian and then vegan over 20 years ago, but a lack of support and resources meant that I lapsed back into eating dairy and then meat. I came back to vegetarianism six years ago and I'm now ready to go vegan again - this time for good!

My inspiration has come from listening to speakers like David Wolfe, Victoria Butenko & Tim Vanorden. I am astounded by how positively my body has reacted to eating mainly a raw vegan diet. After watching Earthlings I vowed to not take part in the eating of animal products. I look forward to talking to like minded people and learning how to prepare great vegan cuisine since I have a passion for food! I am passionate about spreading the message on the raw food vegan lifestyle.

I am very interested in and passionate about wellbeing - the wellbeing of animals, our earth and humans. I have become increasingly conscious of the impact of my actions and it feels so good eating plant food on so many levels.
