Turning vegan after serious consideration where meat/eggs/milk was coming from and how it was produced. Have a non vegan family, but hope to convert at least one family meal per week to vegan.

I have been vegetarion since May 2007, and actually started as vegan then, but found it too hard to sustain (Often working away from hometown). Since then I would say I am 95% vegan, very occasionally eating eggs and cheese, and drinking cow's milk in my coffee once a day. I would really like to be 100% vegan, for ecological reasons, including energy resource use in the light of peak oil and energy descent; for health; and for ethics. My 3yr old is 95% vegetarion (not vegan) and I would like him to grow up being used to veganism, so he can make an informed choice later. I am interested in eventually going RAW!

Love my vegan life...Can not tell you how much better I feel after ditching the dairy!! Was a vegetarian for 20yrs and had lots of silly little health issues, all gone since changing to a totally Vegan diet!! woohoo.

I am adelaide born but after collectively spending many years away, returned hear late 2009 for family reasons. I am 32 years old, an actor and director and currently creating a film about human compassion. I am an explorer of the univerese - if I were to have a motto it might be something like this -'keep your eyes heart and most of all your mind open, but above all don't kill anything buddy!'
