Hi, I was vegetarian for a few years before vegan. I originally went vegan after I saw the cruelty involved in the dairy industry and now the health benefits flow. Living vegan has turned out to be way easier than I thought it would be and Id'e like to meet more like minded compassionate people.

Hi I'm karen, fun loving at heart, work in real estate and learning the benefits of an organic and vegan lifestyle. So far I've cut out dairy and don't really eat much meat anymore. I also have a wheat allergy so diet is very important to me. I love the beach, festivals and live music :)

I have been a vegetarian for 1 year (gave up cigarettes and alcohol at the same time), and I am in the process trying to become a vegan. Love my children, to whom I want to set a good example for.
