I have been vegetarian for 3 years and have just read a book called Skinny Bitch that talks about the benefits of being vegan and how bad dairy is for your body. I'm 25 and have actually lost 20kgs from being a vegetarian! I love it.

I'm 30 years old. I work from home and run an online business that supports sustainability and fair trade. My sister inspired me to make a shift toward veganism, she is the true vegan type (I won't claim to be, but i'm on the path).
I'm interested in meeting other vegans, everyone around me eats meat (apart from my sister) would be nice to meet people who share similar values.

I'm Paul, I have been a vegan almost all my teen years and now in my mid 20s.
In the last year I have become 80% raw vegan, believing very much in keeping fit.
